ツルバダ (Truvada): Tenofovir/Emtricitabine

ツルバダはHIVの治療薬の一つです。 内服方法 1日1回1錠を毎日内服する（Daily PrEP）またはリスク行為の前後で内服する（On demand PrEP） 副作用 短期：嘔気、腹痛、下痢、頭痛、皮疹 長期：腎障害、骨塩減少など PrEPにツルバダを用いる事は、日本国内で認められた使用法とは異なります。

デシコビ (Descovy): Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate/Emtricitabine

デシコビはHIVの治療薬の一つです。 内服方法 1日1回1錠を毎日内服する（Daily PrEP） 副作用 嘔気、下痢 対象者 男性およびトランスジェンダー女性（性行為によるHIV感染を予防） PrEPにデシコビを用いる事は、日本国内で認められた使用法とは異なります.
